We were founded by Glen Crowell, who served Nationwide Insurance since 1966 as both Agency Manager and Agent. He showed us how We treat our policyholders like Family. We provide outstanding customer service and our focus is to provide the right coverage at the right price.

Jeanene Crowell

As the owner and Agency Principal, Jeaneene leads the team at theCrowell Insurance Agency.
‍
We are committed and focused on providing Customized Client care. Jeaneene started her career alongside her parents, Glen and MarilynCrowell, in 1992. In her role, Jeaneene has worked in the community by educating prospects about Insurance needs on an individual and in in both small and large group settings. She believes in “old-fashion” customer service by visiting prospects to determine the best way to safeguard their assets and offering annual reviews to help protect what is important to them. Jeaneene is passionate about animals and gives back to her community by volunteering in Search and Rescue. She started in 2009 searching for lost persons on horseback. In 2019 she shifted to canine and serves currently as K9 handler for multiple agencies.

Sabrina Hickman

Sabrina Joined the team at Crowell Insurance Agency in 2022. Her focus within the Agency is to assist in the “Day to Day”operations focusing on customer service and the acquisition of new business. She prides herself on excellent client care and services our customers during and after business hours. Sabrina is event coordinator for our mobile office that is “coming soon” to festivals and fairs throughout central Ohio.

She loves family and spends her spare time with her grandchildren. She also gives back to the Community by volunteering for Search and Rescue as a K9 Handler.
